Tara Boyle
Clinic Founder & ADHD Specialist Nurse
I am passionate about supporting children and young people with neurodiversity's. My journey in this field is both personal and professional, deeply rooted in my own experiences as a neurodiverse individual.
I have dedicated three years to studying towards an MA in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy at the University of Middlesex. This training has equipped me with a deep understanding of the psychological and emotional needs of young people.
In addition to my psychotherapy training, I am a specialist registered ADHD and Autism nurse. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with numerous children and young people who have ADHD and Autism, gaining invaluable insights and experience in managing these conditions.
As a nurse prescriber, I am able to commence, titrate, and offer ongoing medication management for those who wish for this service. This allows me to provide care that integrates both therapeutic and medical approaches to support the wellbeing of my clients.
My training in both neurodiversity nursing and psychotherapy ensures I am able to view each person from a holistic stance. This holistic approach is important in assessing for neurodiversity, as it enables me to consider the full range of a person's experiences, strengths, and challenges, rather than focusing solely on symptoms. By understanding the individual as a whole, I can provide accurate assessments and tailored interventions that truly meet their unique needs.
I established The Croft Clinic in order to deliver a personalised, caring, and holistic service aimed at supporting individuals and their families as they navigate the complexities of neurodiversity.
At The Croft Clinic, we are committed to providing tailored support that acknowledges the unique strengths and needs of every individual. Our goal is to create a nurturing environment where both children and their families feel understood, supported, and empowered.
